PARK SOUTH HOTEL

Cass Calder Smith completed a 15,000 SF gut renovation to the first two floors of a Manhattan hotel, located in the popular NoMad neighborhood. The program included the addition of a brand new restaurant, bar, café, and library space, new kitchens and prep kitchen. The lobby and reception areas were expanded, as well as a complete renovation to an existing restaurant, hotel meeting and private dining rooms, and back of house spaces.
