Conceived as an architecturally striking mixed-use commercial center, this building also provided the shell for a multi-story flagship location of the Javatime coffee shop. The building’s form is comprised of a floating mass with mutli-colored glass façade, the main building shape maximizes lot square footage and street exposure, while the ground floor plinth cuts away to allow vehicle access and create a visually-receding view from the street.
