Featuring a symmetrical program bookended with dual anchor tenants, the design concept for Al Manar began with two towers connected by a bridge. The bridge creates an upper level tenant space and branded facade, while shading three high-profile double height glass storefronts at ground level. The desired effect is unified retail street front, with interstitial spaces allowing drive through access to the end towers- one of which is a 4-story Javatime coffee lounge and roof terrace.
Building Area: 72,000 SF
