Using the vibrant characteristics of the site as a hint to morph Shohada’s form, CCS realized that the project can become a hub for commerce and a node for interactions. By faceting and cutting to create semi-separate connected buildings, Shohada if a multi-tenant complex that provides exposure for all tenants as well as accommodate various types of retail.
