Yvonne is a Senior Project Architect and Manager, leading projects from concept through construction completion. Her attention to detail has brought about successes in both hospitality projects and private residences. Some key projects include The Tin Building at New York’s South Street Seaport, the timeless Vesuvio Bakery, The Park South Hotel including the restaurants, Covina and O Ya, and the Hyatt Andaz in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Among the diverse project types, Yvonne is also working on several private residences for clients in New York City and Long Island.

Prior to joining CCS, Yvonne gained experience in her hometown of New York City renovating lofts and townhouses, designing furniture, teaching design at Columbia University and collaborating on various architecture competitions and art exhibitions. With a stint in Madrid, she contributed to the design of the Panticosa thermal baths, a private residence in El Escorial and a line of bath fixtures for Roca with Belen and Rafael Moneo.

Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology and has attended programs at the University of Siena and the Institute of Advanced Architectural Studies in Barcelona. She completed her academic studies with a Master’s in Advanced Architectural Design at Columbia University.
